In order for a a part to be eligible for deburring, it must be at least 1’x3” and of 0.048” thickness. For Aluminum 5052, Aluminum 6061, and Titanium, thicknesses less than 0.125” require a minimum part size of 1”x5”. The maximum part size for linear deburring is 24”x46”.
Parts are deburred before any secondary services including bending, powder coating, anodizing, plating, tapping, hardware, and dimple forming.
